Plain language is a writing style that is clear, concise, and easy to understand. It’s used to improve communication and make information more accessible to a target audience.
It might seem like an obvious tip, but writing that uses language that all of your audience can understand will help reach those with temporary or permanent disabilities such as intellectual and learning disabilities and those that don’t speak English as their first language, among others.

Come learn more to help improve your own organizations digital accessibility and inclusivity in your marketing plans.
